The Shamanic Journey: Pathway to Knowledge & Power™

The shamanic journey is a remarkable visionary method for entering into another reality with discipline and purpose. Using classic drumming techniques to alter consciousness, participants will be introduced to the shamanic journey to awaken one’s soul and dormant spiritual power. Travel outside of time and space into another reality and make contact with compassionate helping spirits, such as teachers and power animals, for personal wisdom and to gain knowledge to help create a better world.

This experiential online training is offered via Zoom video conferencing. Participants will see and hear each other and interact in pairs and small groups, as well as in the full circle. (All students must participate with audio and video.) Instructions for Zoom (free to individual users) and workshop access will be provided by the instructor after registration. The course consists of six hours of training.

The Shamanic Journey: Pathway to Knowledge & Power is the prerequisite workshop for other online workshops offered by the FSS. The in-person Basic Workshop, The Way of the Shaman also meets the prerequisite for FSS online advanced workshops. Please note: The Shamanic Journey online workshop does not meet the prerequisite for the FSS in-person advanced weekend workshops. The Basic Workshop: The Way of the Shaman will still be required for the in-person workshops.

Completion of the entire workshop (6 hours) is required for credit.

FSS Core Shamanism Online Community Meetings are designed to support the shamanic community in these challenging times. We will have the opportunity to practice shamanic selfcare, share stories of hope and inspiration, and journey for ways we can personally help during the pandemic and other global crises.

These experiential meetings will be in full video using Zoom video conferencing, with all participants able to be seen and heard. There will be opportunities to share and to interact with each other in small groups. Instructions for Zoom meeting access will be provided after registration by the host faculty member.

Community meetings are offered by the FSS as a service to the shamanic community at no cost to attendees. Zoom is free to individual users.
